Q: What types of units do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of units available from 5’ x 5’ up to 10’ x 40’. Our units have 10’ ceilings, which provide 25% more usable storage space than our competitors. We also offer storage for RVs, boats, trailers and motor homes. Please visit our Storage Solutions page for more details.
Q: What are your hours of operation and do I have access to my unit outside of your regular business hours?
A: You sure do! You have 24/7 secured access to your unit 365 days a year. Our professional storage specialists are on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Q: How can I be sure my possessions are safe?
A: In addition to our state-of-the-art video surveillance, our facility is completely gated and only accessible with a key card, which we will provide you with upon your move-in date. Your unit is secured with your own lock and you are the only one in possession of your key. You store it, you lock it, you keep the key.
Q: What items are prohibited from being stored?
A: Things like harmful and flammable materials, liquids, food items and weapons are prohibited by law to be stored in self-storage units. For more information, please contact us.
Q: Is there a minimum rental time? Am I bound to a lengthy contract term?
A: The minimum rental time is one month. You are not bound to lengthy contract terms with us like you are with our competitors. We offer short- and long-term storage solutions.
