To ensure your moving day goes smoothly, our team has compiled a list of helpful moving tips and tricks. Happy packing!
- Start packing two weeks in advance
- Wrap breakables in bubble wrap or use foam chips to add cushioning
- Pack items according to the season for easy access
- When stacking boxes, keep heavy items near the bottom and breakables on top
- Use same sized boxes as they are easier to stack
- Label boxes on all sides and on top
- Seal all boxes with heavy-duty packing tape
- List the contents on the side of each box
- Avoid packing fragile and heavy items in the same box
